Access to our client portal is provided for project management and business purposes only. You may not share your portal credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in EUR or PKR as applicable
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days
• VAT will be added where applicable

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer and online payment gateways (Stripe). Payment terms will be specified in project agreements.

4.3 Invoicing and Late Payments

• Invoices are payable within the terms specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed is non-refundable. Contact us within 14 days for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our website are owned by ERD Solutions and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them, as outlined in project agreements. We retain rights to:

• Pre-existing materials and templates
• Portfolio usage rights

5.3 Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of materials provided to us. By providing materials, you grant us license to use them for project completion and portfolio purposes.

6. Service Level and Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services
• Support is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm GMT)

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Scrape or mine data without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

7.2 Content Standards

Content provided to us must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing materials.

8. Project Timelines and Deliverables

• Timelines are estimates and subject to client feedback cycles
• Delays caused by client may extend project timelines
• Change requests may affect timelines and costs
• Final deliverables depend on approval of milestones

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We will correct defects in deliverables reported within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, plugins, or APIs integrated into projects. These are subject to their own terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERD Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you provide to us
• Your use of our services

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed or in progress remain payable.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend services immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal or harmful activities
